SmartMRT - Unit Production Hanger system - is the product of joint development between a Singapore Pte,Ltd, Company and Japanese Company - Hashima Corporation. It's main capability is to automatically delivered a piece of cloth to a target work station according to a planned work flow schedule.
SmartMrt satisfies the needs of flexible manufacturing system for multi designs , short throughput time and high quality. SmartMRT system is able to produce 16 different designs conversion, moreover each workstation can complete the task on different production design delivered from different workstation. SmartMRT Management software can plan the daily production target . Based on this target, the system will indicate the number of labor involved , as it is able to monitor the progress of each production worker , overall production progress and measure the current volume against the target volume production. Inspection device can keep track of the workflow schedule , thus making it easy to trace sub-standard product from whichever workstation and personnel.
